Cancellation Policy

Our lengthy tours, which require airfare and a separate brochure, from AFC or EO Tours , are all handled by the tour company.
You will be bound to the contract you signed with this company. Also, in certain cases, travel insurance may have been purchased & may apply. 

You will be refunded your full payment up to specified cancellation deadline.

After this deadline, you will be charged any prepurchased items (tickets, meals, etc) + $15.00.  

Example - 

prepaid items of $100.00 

                                + 15.00 cancellation fee                  

                                $115.00  total fees

If tour price was $150.00 -

                              - 115.00 = 

                                $35.00

You'd be refunded $35. *****Unless, we found someone to take your place. If so, you will get a full refund with no service charge added. 

*We will no longer hold spots after 7 business days when you pay by a check. Your spot is confirmed we the payment is received.
